Outdoor setups can be affected by weather. If conditions are unsafe or not suitable for the simulator, we may need to move the setup indoors if possible, or the event may be rescheduled one time based on availibility within 6 months of the original event.

Yes, we need access to a standard power source near the setup area. If your venue has any limitations, let us know ahead of time so we can plan.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and busy seasons. If your date is open, we will do our best to make it happen.
